Not able to submit a Support Ticket

I cannot log in to zendesk to submit a Support Ticket. It keeps telling me my password is wrong.
I am using my Kabam password. Is this not correct?
Please help me so I can let Kabam know that I am not receiving the 100 points for the Redemption Arc solo event.

Is your FORUM login different from your IN-GAME login ?
(and are both via Kabam username/password, or is the game one via Google/Apple Center logins instead ?)
I see this is about the Solo BG points event. And yes (in other thread) someone had shown that Support did reimburse that other person the missing 100 pts (that doing and claiming the BG objective did not award).
I will create another password/username if I have to but that seems overkill in my opinion.
