Nefaria, void, any champ with petrify or spectre, and if you have max despair, debuff spam

Archangel with enough neurotoxins to reverse regen.

As others stated, science champs with petrify or some other means to reverse heal (void, Spidey 2099, etc)

Anyone that can out damage the regen or whose play style avoids the dash back

I don’t think you’re going to outdamage the regen with these health pools, but I would love for someone to prove me wrong.

The problem is, you can only gain charges by controlling their regen anyway.

Depending on the defender, I use Omega Sentinel or Lady Deathstrike. OM can also do the Tech island as she is immune to nullify and deal with the prowess node. Good luck.

Honestly it’s not about defender but general question . I want to know all my options for getting charges so that jn the future I will be able to counter a variety of defenders
