Someone on the Mcoc discord told me that I need to awaken all of 'em so I’m kinda confused now cuz I got mixed opinions

None of them need their awakened ability for any fight, if that's what you're asking. The objective itself doesn't care about awakening.

Guilly fights will be one extra revive.
    No other needs thier dupes.
Apart from thanos who gains a lot of speed........ but his dupe will come after the run anyway

    Nope

    In more detail:
King Groot - just gets a bit more damage and Regen
Guilly - just gets some Life Steal regeneration
Vision - a not very impressive damage boost
Shulk - various class-based effects; which can be nice to have, but none are 'necessary'

    So, just go for it.

What you need for Necropolis are the synergies: Guilly gets incredible buff control; and can (for example) solo Air-Walker as a r2; whilst DKG gets Undermine through synergies, meaning he can blast through Autoblockers like Guardian and Captain America (Sam Wilson).

And so on. Go for it; they can clear most paths, so take the opportunity to move a step closer to Exploration.
