Redemption Arc Solo Event

This is day two of Redemption Arc Solo event, and I have not received the milestone for the event. Others have seen an actual objective….

This is all I get…

Others have gotten this…

But not me…

Is there a fix? What am I missing?

I'm going to guess this is what happened to me today. Yesterday I got the redemption arc objective but today it was a regular one. That would explain why I got 100 points yesterday and none today. I have to think this isn't working as intended.

Update to note i had submitted a ticket and support fixed my issue.

For some reason, support tickets don’t work for me… I can login here and log into the game but support I can’t…

That’s the main reason I post here to see if someone else is seeing the same issue.

I submitted a ticket to support and they identified the bug and said a fix would be available on May 30. They checked my fight history and corrected my rewards. I provided screenshots, user name and all the junk you need for a bug report.

Thanks… I can’t submit a ticket to support, for some reason it doesn’t allow me to log in. I can log into market and Game not support… another issue lol… but thanks!

Same for me. I was looking everywhere for the “redemption arc” objectives because I only saw the Battle Ready ones. Hopefully, there is a fix for all today.

Since the objective started on May 29th this makes it impossible to say it's been two days that you didn't get the rewards for the objective. It didn't work for me yesterday but today I was able to get the rewards for the objective. You should check today (day 2) to see if it works for you.

Nope, I had already failed to get the objective for 2 days when I posted that. It started working on the third day, and a support ticket gave me the 200 missing points, so it worked out in the end. I do think the game should have given us that as automatic compensation rather than make us go through support for a widespread bug.
