Mastery Point from Radiance Store.

I purchased the mastery point from the radiance store, went into inventory and opened it, then nothing happened, it does not show up in my mastery build, nor do I have a red notification by my profile picture indicating an unused mastery point.

    I purchased the spider punk emote and had the same issue. Hoping it's resolved soon since these items are so expensive

    Bro, I have exactly the same problem. I just bought an extra skill point at the radiance store. Then I converted it through the inventory into a permanent point. After that, the number "1" appeared on my profile in the skill tab. When I went to the skills tab, I found that free skill did not appear. "Suddenly it's a visual bug" - I thought, but no, I still can't spend this point. I had 60 skill points in total, and it should be 61.

    Yes fellas, I had the exact same issue, it appeared for a while then nothing in the mastery page. I asked in discord, apparently it's a common issue.

    Having the same Issue here, I have bought the Mastery Point and used it and I dont have it to use, still 0 available... I hope they fix this asap, These radiance points were not easy to get...

    Kabam support responded, the issue is fixed for me now guys.

    Same issue here. The Support Team closed the ticket I raised without any meaningful explanation and any hint of a timeline for the fix.

    Interesting, yes the item shown in pic higher up of Radiance store is a Mastery RECOVERY item image.

    Is it supposed to be that ? (didn’t think Recovery's are useful anymore. originally they used to cost to Recover, in addition to rebuild, but now isn’t the Recover aspect totally free anyways ?)

    Or is that part of why people are having issues with this, the wrong item was showing (and/or) being rewarded from that purchase ?
