Why is Valiant EQ getting opened up to Paragon players? It's literally called Valiant... I understand that it's trying to limit the gap between top-end players and whatnot, but there's barely anything that makes Valiant worthwhile as it is (don't say anything about the Valiant/ 4 hour crystals. The 4 hour crystals are barely an upgrade and the valiant crystals are outdated and a hassle to get nowadays).

Like what is the point of pushing these titles if they do not hold any weight? Its not even that hard to become a Valiant anymore so why not keep the requirement? Completing story content should be pretty important step in the game, I say

The incentive isn't content restriction, its what spenders can get for their money. The incentive to push progression titles is you get access to bigger better webstore deals, bigger better July 4th and cyber Monday deals. They aren't rewarded with content exclusivity. They are rewarded with how far their dollars will go. Progression it targeted to incentivise revenue.

Cause highest progression level is actually disguised as the 2nd highest progression level. Literally no benefit to having the highest level.

Valiant rosters most likely breezed through it & the resource usage didn't achieve projections. Usage meaning resources & hopefully $. Maybe lumping paragon in will help... if it's not $ driven, even more so if it is, it's an unfortunate letdown of a decision. What's the point of these titles anymore?

Even though I am about to be valiant in a few days my mystic roster is still bad on the top row of my mystic champs I have a 4 star doom this may not be the case for all paragon players but some of my classes are really weak such as mutant mystic and especially science

I’m also not trying to defend kabam yes kabam should have kept valiant eq to valiant players and if they rlly wanted to do something they could do it with paragon gauntlet for paragon player

Disappointing. It’s not hard to become Valiant right now if you’re already Paragon. T4 is readily available. If you want to buff Paragon Gauntlet to increase progression then by all means buff it. But why create even more channels for high end rewards like AG and Titan shards and T7basic for people who aren’t willing to do Story Mode. If you can do Valiant Gauntlet you can become Valiant with other available content. You didn’t have to pull this lever to achieve this goal. Progression titles become easier over time and that’s ok but people are proud when they work hard (often those getting them early on) to reach the highest title. Things like this make it feel like you don’t value that achievement.

I say paragons should have to explore TB EQ and Paragon gauntlet at the minimum to unlock Valiant gauntlet if it is going to be available to them. I personally don't like it being free reign for paragons.

I really hope Kabam don't introduce new title anytime soon,
Clearly they have failed handling Valiant,

Every sale,
Every content,
Every solo/alliance event,
Every crystals,
Every giveaway,

It's all the same with Paragons and worse sometimes also shared with TBs (Banquet 💀)

What the hell is point of progression titles if rewards aren't geared to it.

Sometimes I do agree with Cavs, "Why we will try hard in story content? Kabam is going to give us top rewards in Banquet anyways 😴"

They're not that easy. They're pretty well tailored with the progression of the difficulties. Also, you do need a decent Roster. Anyone who doesn't have sufficient Champs in each Class will have a much harder time.

Yep. 100% agree. It's like, what's the point in being valiant when you're constantly getting lumped in with paragons and/thronebreakers for stuff.

Valiant eq has r4 mats in it and if you're a paragon you haven't even gotten enough r3 mats yet otherwise you'd be valiant already.

It's small thing in the grand scheme of things as it doesn't actually affect me in any way but it's such an L move for no reason.

If paragons want to do the valiant eq, then they should become valiant.

We've all been there before. That's the whole point of journeying through these Kabam streets and finally getting to a point where you've got a roster comfortable enough to get you through whatever content.

I'm a 7.5+ million valiant account and on my way up the global rankings, I saw a 7+ million paragon account with 7* rank 3 champions, that player most likely refuse to do story quest requirement to be valiant

I don't understand why such player don't want to enjoy valiant daily super event benefits

So there are some paragons that are really big accounts that should have no problem doing valiant gauntlet, the content itself requires a decent roster that fresh paragons may not be able to field so it's to let them know they need to spend or play other content to get more rewards

Such practice is not unusual in games, to let players know the limit of their rosters so they will either spend money on something or play other content to get stronger, valiant gauntlet is only available for a month so paragons will be pressured to do something within a month if they want to clear the content

Maybe the difficulty of valiant gauntlet will increase compared to the testing (too easy), I don't think Kabam will give good rewards away so easily to paragons

I actually agree with this, and as soon as I saw it announced.. my son's a new valiant, and when I helped him clear it, it was quite difficult for his roster, I had to use 5 stars, and he regularly gets into GC, it's tailored pretty well and I believe will actually show paragon players what's needed more by letting them try and struggle.. my account breezed through it though and I really enjoyed it, and thought rewards were great too
