I don’t get BG rewards yet. What is going on?

At first, I got mails about bg rewards, total 3 mails. But there were no attached actual rewards in them. So, I sent a letter to CS, next day when I log-in, there were even no mails in my mail box, “not read” and “read” sections.

Is there anyone who has same problem I have?

They don’t even give me an answer.

Which BG rewards are you suppose to get. Solo event, alliance event or GC solo event? How many points did you get, your alliance get and what tier did you finish in GC?

I was Uru 2, 140point. And as I recall, aliance was 80% or something like that.

Is there a chance that you might have received the mail and claim it from the reward stash? When you claim from there the mail becomes empty.

Did you by chance claim the rewards from your stash before looking at the mail? If you do that, then the mail wont show any rewards because you had already claimed them.

Yes, they came on Friday as usual for most players

People might be ignoring that VT rewards were just radiance and nothing else. I made that mistake.

Didn't even realize it.
Just checked my stash and it's there, but I don't see any mail about it.
Even checked the mail that I had opened.
Weird.
