Runway Solo Points

I'm likely assuming this wrong but it says 1 point for completing a fight .. and 5 points for using a certain champ.

If I use that certain champ and compete a fight do I not get both points meaning 6 points?

No, you get one or the other. I did a fight with America and received 5 points, not 6.

In the past, you got additive points so you'd get 1 or 6. This time either intentional or not, you get 5 or 1.

270 fights with those specific champs is lowkey kinda insane. Not really difficult, but like that's 27 rounds of rttl so it's gonna take a bit to autoplay...

I don’t think so recently.

And as for before, wording might have said “BONUS for using xxxxx”. Which indicated that you would get base points plus bonus points.

Well i don't see how it's any different than say Battlegrounds ... you get so many tokens for completing a match and so many tokens for winning a match. if you win and complete you get both points. if you win and lose you only get the complete points.

so in this regard, if i complete a fight i should get 1 point. if i complete a fight with a specific champ i am still completing the fight am i not regardless of if i complete it with or without a specific champ. completing it with a specific champ should give me both the point for simply completing it and the points for doing it with said specific champ.

they should say complete a fight without using the listed champs to then isolate the point expectations.

Do you mean the old Solo/Ally Events ? I thought it was only 1 or the other from the detailed points listings.

Yes. When you win a BG match, you also completed a BG match. So you get points for both

realize, June content ain’t dropped yet. we got a month, we all have one of those champs ranked in some form (solid champs), and can autofight low level EQ for the units anyway, right?

(to be fair, I’ve completed it, but had energy expiring badly…)

Ok, if that's what it's been doing, I’ll take that back.
Just thought early on in BG (when more people were actually paying attention and analyzing things), that it was only giving the Win portion. Didn’t realize that it was maybe giving such a huge extra for Win (like 3-1 instead of 2-1) vs Complete.

Unless that was something more recent with changed Event scoring ??
