This time Sinister got with a revive, just stun them when they have 10+ degens to get charges. 10 charges and he'll start wrecking bullseye. Each tick deals 1% of his health as damage.

Solo’d with warlock. He only reached sP1 once. Just parry heavy, give him regen by double dashing and watch his power drain. Sp2 and repeat.

Uh oh time to shill Doc Ock again.

Electro synergy recommended, since it lets you recover if you mess up the setup which is usually an automatic death sentence. In this particular fight that synergy actually did save me, and despite losing more than half my health from getting hit Doc Ock just stole all the regen and topped back up to full well before the fight ended.

Yes. But you need to be mindful when to throw special 1 during ramp up. Throw it when bullseye has near zero power. You would want to immediately parry him.

Alternatively, using zola Synergy would definitely the increase duration allows you to get more charges. You get one charge per second if he remains stunned.

Yeah archangel works. People in my alliance have used him multiple times for other fights .

Warlock plus Cable synergy for extra virus charges. Get some infections on them, dash back frequently to trigger the regen, they won’t have enough power to cause problems.

AA works because his neurotoxins prevent the opponent from gaining health. However, you have to be mindful of his AAR because that could prevent the healing passive from triggering at all so you won't be able to gain charges.

Found this video . Interestingly, here Sinister was able to stop the regen with just his Degens. Likely that the opponent was not running recovery.

Rogers, do you recall whether or not you were gaining charges with just the degens?

Also, there is a sauron synergy which applies heal blocks

She triggers her regen but it doesn’t stack, it just refreshes with each blocked hit. So it doesn’t really keep up with the block damage against an AW-noded Bullseye at r3/r4.

Max Despair? 10 Degen can shutdown 100% regen

We used a r3 OS vs a r4 bullseye, wags synergy (self repair buffs gain 35% potency), and OS finished the fight with 85% health.

No I didn't gain charges even with 11 degens. I have to stun. I have max petrify so it helps. The video guy likely don't have recovery.

Got a solo this time, with arnim zola Synergy. It really helps and makes things a lot easier.

I normally use okoye for that node. Dex + 1 combo is enough to parry to start stacking charges. You'll stack them fast and then she starts bleeding at 50k + per tick

I brought him into war as my second to take a bullseye placed but didn’t think that worked with the node. Good to know that interaction works though!
