Summoner's Market multiple purchases

In the Summoner's Market, when I click on the shopping cart, it flashes a +\- total and then quickly goes away. Anyone else having the same issue? Does that mean if I want to make multiple purchases of let's say Light Essence, I'm forced to make several individual purchases? That's highly annoying. Any chance that can be fixed soon?
