How to play raid in simple steps?

Can someone explain how to effectively play raids?
You need 3 alliance members?
How do you set it up?
How much does it cost?
Is it fun?

You need at least 9 players

From my experience in nightmare raids

I'm not so sure about the regular raids map but it should be the same

So basically you need to answer a series of questions before you can consider raids

1) Are you part of the alliance leadership? Only leaders and officers can enlist for raids

2) Do you have at least 9 players who are strong enough to play raids bcos all it takes is 1 weak player to screw up the other players

3) Entry cost is 180 raids tickets, some alliances require spending units on raids revives to defeat raids final boss (after all free raids revives are exhausted)

4) Do you have a group chat on a messenging app for the 9 players? This mode requires a lot of coordination, each player plays 1 of 3 roles per path and each role takes turn to complete role missions

5) Fun is subjective for each player. What seems funs to you may not be fun for others, the coordination part is 1 of the turn off for this mode, a lot of coordination is required to be successful in raids

6) Rewards are RNG for the raids chest, I got 10,000 titan shards for 1 chest but not everyone gets the same rewards, it's another turn off for this mode
