So how ready are you for the new Titan next week?

Like I’m sure many of you have done I took a look at the current Titan vs. the upcoming one and realized the upcoming one was going to be quite good. I opened 3 back in March when it switched over but since then have been saving for the one coming next week. I’ve got 10 to open - 7 regular titans and 3 titan nexus.

How many are you holding for next Tuesday?

I really only want yelena, but have all 6 on the next leaving batch (hitmonkey, red skull scream etc). So I'm debating on whether to hold titans until September.

I have 7 ready to go. This pool is the best titan pool since the serpent, onslaught and bullseye were knocking about in there.

Took a risk as I really wanted Count Nefaria, as he’s leaving.

Ended up with the Cow so I’m extremely delighted. Saving one as I have chances in the 7* pool anyways.

Im in the same boat. Only missing Jack who I’ve got 6r5a ascended max sig. Frankly, I feel like he is going to be eclipsed by better counters so there’s no need to 7r3 him or above down the road.

Took the same risk on 2. First one was a back to back dupe on falcon - rip. Second was scream so def not disappointed even though I would’ve really liked dazzler to do that epoch path. If I pull another falcon tho it’s rigged ☠️☠️. Back to back falcon dupes and then back to back og spidey natural sigs out of two basics

I've had him for a while now and I'm just not impressed, at least for BGs.
My R3 sig 100 Bastion can't kill an R4 Onslaught with the SP2-SP1 two furies rotation.
My R3 Shocker can kill R4 Onslaught with one SP1 and one SP2.
My R3 Jack can kill R4 Onslaught with the same.

Bastion's pursuit is nice, but it doesn't last long enough, so I haven't had good success against Bullseye. It tends to fall off in the most inopportune times.

His best trait imo is how insanely long the reach on his heavy is. The AI usually can't compensate for that reach and almost always thinks it's keeping a safe distance but it's not.

Anyway, he's still a really cool champ and I'm interested in seeing more gameplay and tricks once everyone gets access to him.
I'm sure I'll learn from the better players how to maximize his potential.

I saw a few people do r4 onslaught with a r3 bastion. Every battlegrounds simulation I’ve seen (from trappy) has him nuke defenders fairly quickly so that’s strange that you didn’t have success with him

Yeah, I don't get it. I watched that MSD video too and followed it exact and the result isn't the same.
SP2 with the 30 virus charges to get the two furies, then SP1. Doesn't die.
Maybe his is sig 200? the sigs increase the potency of the furies.

His is sig 100 too so definitely weird. Do you have a video of the matchup?

Edit: Maybe it’s inequity? I’m admittedly not as familiar with Bastion but the daunted stacking up would lower the burst if they’re running max inequity I assume

No, I haven't recorded. Maybe the issue is everyone in BGs run max inequity, and I'm getting Onslaught debuffs on me and its reducing my attack.

Yeah that was my thought as well. Seems like if you wanna punch up against Onslaught you’d have to avoid parrying so inequity doesn’t reduce the burst and you can actually kill him

Yeah, you are correct, I'm sure this is the issue.
I will have to change how I play him vs. Onslaught.
