Unable to Install Game on Samsung S23 Ultra

I’m facing an issue with installing the game on my Samsung S23 Ultra. I had it installed earlier, but after a recent update, the game wouldn’t update properly. I tried updating several times without success, so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall — but now it won’t install at all.

Interestingly, I was able to install and run the same game without any issues on my older Xiaomi Poco device, so it seems specific to the S23 Ultra.

I’ve tried everything I could think of on my end to resolve this — restarting the device, clearing cache, checking storage, internet connection, etc. — but nothing has worked.

Raised the ticket (#792513) with Kabam they said it's google play issue and as per google play there's no issue. Am I the only one facing this?

I reset my phone today and the issue still persists.

That's weird. Your Samsung is a 2023 phone, right? I still use my 2018 phone for gaming and can still run this game as smooth as ever still running Android 8.1.

Yes, its a 2023 phone with Android 15. Its not making any sense to me as I have an alternate phone which is much much older and I installed the game on it and its working perfectly fine. Same network and everything.

Is your phone 📱 out of memory? Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has 512GB but it also has 256GB and 1TB.. have you updates to latest updates

I reset my phone and I've more than 100GBs of free space. This makes no sense at the moment
