Why takes so long to get a BG match

It takes more than one min for me to get a BG match even I am in D4 currently. Last month and before this only happened after reaching GC, now they pushed the match strategy for GC down to lower levels?

    That’s really weird. I’ve been getting immediate matches and started in V2
