Day 400 without seeing a SP3

Over a year without seeing any new champions sp3, over a year getting surprised and instant hit after the sp3 black screen ends, been on trello for months with no change and the same reply on forum that they'll let us know if they hear anything new

    wait, you got good enough to not eat a lethal sp3 anymore and you’re thinking that is a bug??? either you need to elaborate, I’m missing something significant in your post, or you got some solid first world problems.

    The sp3 happens. The screen is just black
