MCOC summoner incentive and monetization Wish list!

Hello Summoners! this is going to be a collection of thoughts I’ve had about Mcoc in comparison to other mobile games of the same genre. Specifically targeting monetization and player incentive! If you have your own ideas or thoughts please reply bellow.
These ideas are coming from a Canadian player on an account started in January 2025 that hit valiant about a month ago, also I’ve been paying for the summoners sigil for the last few months.
1. Something I’d really like to see is a more streamlined monetary system. I really would like to see Kabam go all in on the summoners sigil subscription. For example Kabam could ditch the platinum pass being its own thing and tie it in with the sigil, in CAD the sigil is roughly $13.55 per month after tax, and the platinum pass is about $35 and lasts about 3 months, Instead of having these two separate subscriptions I’m suggesting Kabam charges in a range of 18 to 21 dollars CAD for the sigil and incorporates the platinum pass into it. In my opinion Kabam should be looking at the sigil as their golden goose, they can make the sigil so good that spending players almost can’t ignore it. Obviously I’m not going to be able to provide a full breakdown of thoughts for each idea but let me know what you think in the reply’s.
2. This ties in with number one. I’d very much like to see some more proactive updates to the sigil and its benefits, firstly I’d like to make the point that the more popular the sigil subscription is, the more incentivized Kabam is to check up on it regularly. Here are some tweaks I’d like to see made.
A) the 20% champ bonus affect all acts not just 1-6
b) the store gets better with progression similar to the BGs token shop
C) there is the addition of an in game guide to get to the webstore.
D) for special events like this research grant one occurring right now in game, sigil members are given one piece of currency (can be hit or miss depending on the evaluation of the currency [1 Research grant is $70 CAD so probably not])
E) a loyalty discount on we store offers for sigil members of 3 or more months, maybe something like 5-10%
F) A method to earn eidolon characters via the sigil, as a posed to more paid to win competitive, and avenues only accessible with gigantic rosters.
I’m not looking for Kabam to flood their in game economy but rewards feel disappointing when they are outclassed so quickly. Comp is too inaccessible for players with weaker roasters, even a full year of playing won’t even get you close to competing with alliances mid gold and up, either in AW or BG. So focusing on comp while fantastic for current players won’t do much to attract newcomers. Same goes for the Everest content, I agree it’s challenging and fun, but at the same time so inaccessible to many.
Many mobile games face this same issue and deal with it by creating of sync severs, often hundreds of them. Players and divided into groups of a couple thousand and progress at a similar rate, events are events occur respective of the server start date, making it impossible for a new player to have to compete with someone with a 10 year old mega account. Obviously this solution is out of the question for Kabam, so my ideas are about helping newer players get the same opportunities as older ones without multiple years of time investment. Especially if that new player decides to pay their way.
3. Props to whoever designed the daily super event, that thing is awesome. The only issue I take with it is it’s
so good that many pieces of older content now live totally in its shadow, in fact the entire daily quests tab becomes completely useless. When was the last time you played proving grounds? Or the gold pool daily?
And it’s not like these mode are suddenly outclassed once you hit valiant, no, I’m talking conqueror, uncollected these modes are totally blown out of the water, the later tiers like thronebreaker and paragon then outclass some of the early Everest content like Labyrinth of legends and Abyss of legends.
So. How do we deal with this?
Firstly it’s a lot of work from Kabam’s end to have to do something like revamp whole more and rewards across the board. I’ve actually been having a tough time myself thinking about options even as just a player, but what I would suggest is, Based on progression these old modes have their rewards switched to a small amount of something like radiance. An amount that is proportional to the required time investment when compared to the daily super event. Kabam seems to be working on a version of this idea already with the valiant event quest, where a summoners increasing prestige will increase the rewards respectively. Now chances are this won’t come to pass anytime soon, but act 6 and 7 exploration rewards are looking like mighty good trial candidates.
Overall I really want Kabam to base their player incentive off of the daily super event. That has far and away been most effective reward system for me as a newer progressing player.
Well that’s it, A little long winded from an excited player with way too much time on mobile games. Let me know your thoughts!
