BG start season rewards not met

Are there anyone here with the same experience?
I'm suppose to get 10.5k 7* shards but did not get them all. Before I did BG this morning my existing shards are 7600 7* shards, when I got the start season rewards my shards ended up being 14,900 only. Kinda dissapointing
