My BG rewards are missing!

I've complete last season in Musterium 1 and got all rewards, but this season I'm starting as Diamond 4? What? Shouldn’t I suppose to start from Vibranium? Also I didn’t get the message where it says you will get specific rewards for playing 5 matches at the start of the season, what is going on???

    Play a match, it should popup that “after 5 matches” screen again each time, until you actually claim it after 5.

    (maybe the popup just didn’t initially come, or you missed it)

    As for starting point, yes Diamond, except for those early participants when it was bugged.

    2 is not 5. You need to play 5.
