Which Sale best to save (36k units) for?

So personally for me, I feel like I'm not in a health state with the game. MCOC feel more like work then entertainment, either work hard in life and buy units with Cash or work hard ingame and grind for units.

I find most evening after the day is done, falling asleep in Arena, which some could say is cheaper than sleeping tablets 🤣. When I actually would have much more fun doing BG, EQ or Everest content, or just playing around learning/mastering Champions.

I know this is my problem and not Kabam or anyone else. So I trying to find a bit more balance before burning out.

While I not sure if I could maintain a low level of competitiveness (Gamma BG level), I think I can only focus on one Sale event (and a little to the Banquet, like to do at least a small part for the Alliance).

So the question is which Sale Event do you think is most help for someone trying to stay low level competitive, it seem these days it is a ver between Rare OP champs vs Rank Up materials.

Many thanks in advance for any feedback you have

    Omega Day / HoF
I would say Omega/HOF with a caveat. Shoot for it as the goal. Last year’s I skipped, and then took those units to July 4th this year, I went all in on HOF. So you have an either/or option built in as opposed to saving for J4 and then being disappointed you didn’t pull the trigger a couple months earlier.

If you target it this way and forget the other events while grinding arena (and maybe purchasing the unit card, 3 month pass etc - smaller buys for unit value) you probably could even make a dent in J4 too. Thats where I am at this year.

It’s difficult to say when no one has any idea what it’ll be in any of these events moving forwards. You’ll need to save the units and assess each event as they come to determine if it’s useful for your account

either work hard in life and buy units with Cash or work hard ingame and grind for units.

Realest sh*t ever. But as a third world guy, all these deals created for dollar people were too much costly for local money, So I only have option 2(I am unemployed so thats my only option).

My suggestion, OP, is to just don’t worry about it.

If you don’t want to spend and you enjoy grinding arena, then just grind until you have 40K units and then spend them on the next available sale.

If you hate arena and you can spend several thousand US$ per year, then you can probably stay relevant / competitive for the short term (until Kabam moves the monetization goalposts again).

If you don’t like arena and don’t want to whale out, then just relax and enjoy the ride. Those of us who want to spend a modest amount are being quickly pushed into no-man’s land. It’s not worth worrying about what the big spenders are doing. They are playing an entirely different game.

    4th July
4th of July is guaranteed. Unless you’re lucky…I always get shafted by the HOF style events

The golden rule is that if you save for an event, rarely you get what you hoped for in that event. Been on this delay train for over 2 years now, always ending up spending the minimum and hoping the next one is better.
