For those who have already done Valiant EQ or are in the process…

Just wanted to make a thread to get an ongoing list of some of the fights in the valiant EQ that might require a more specific counter or are tricky defenders who you may want to bring in someone decent for a quicker takedown

Northstar in the cosmic one that's the only one where you need ENERGY DOT champ or it would take a lot of time

    I used buffed phoenix

Still on the first one, but Seatin already showed you should not use debuff dealers on the Hulk Ragnarok fight.

It’s easy, honestly. You just need a broad roster. There were no path fights that I felt were “traps.”

My only issue was the Karolina fight. It’s on one of the light colored stages. Then there’s sunlight. Then she’s glowing. Then there’s the VFX for her specials. Can’t see the damn opponent very well.

Just gonna use juggs if possible. I did the gauntlet already. He soloed and worked great. She’s the “boss” right?

I completed yesterday, wasn't hard. Just scout the path and go with the obvious cheese fights. IE the Ghulk mentioned, i saved my Red Mags for it.
Karolina was easy with Chavez, Nico with Sinister.
They changed the relic node to a few fights at the end of the Skill chapter I think.

Interesting about that sinister. Will def do that. Had to use a revive with silk on nico in the gauntlet just bc I didn’t know how to dex specials yet and took the block damage bc she was gaining so much power I didn’t have time for the evade to reset. Now, with the GHulk fight it’s no passive DOT correct?

I dunno, I went in blind, Ghulk is metal, Red Mags wins

Ghulk does not like passive DOT, correct. (it gives him an attack boost and lets him regen a portion of damage taken)

If per the paragon gauntlet, silk works. Or any champ with grit/slow. Normal doom fight

These are the nodes lol definitely a bit more than just unstoppable and they punish it further with a slow immunity.

I have him as 7* R1, but that should be good enough. Most fights with 7* R1 are doable.

I used an R2 BWDO, her shocks gives her so much fury that she hits hard really fast.

I’m on the first mission, I tought Okoye would be difficult but Havok cleared it, Hulk Ragnarok took longer with red Mags… she hulk went down with Okoye… as for Nico (paragon) I used Photon think I’ll use her again in valiant (mesma coisa)

    Just use Void.
The unstoppable isn't the issue, his healing is.
(And he gets slow immune every few seconds anyway)..

Yea. Void is a good shout out. Damn near forget about him. He should be a 7* by now.

The Count Nefarious is kicking my butt at the beginning of the cosmic quest. I’m not very experienced with fighting him. What’s the trick to dealing with him/ best champs to use?
  • spiderknight616spiderknight616 Member Posts: 834 ★★★
Take a buff immune for the Room boss fight. I didn't read the nodes properly, went with Torch and got kicked to the curb hard
