mr sinister - bug

Sorry if this is a duplicate. At beginning I thought that I am doing something wrong, but then few ally members said that they have the same issue.
When I use mr sinister in attack, I only apply 1 x degen on the defender. Is anyone else having this issue?

You place degens depending on the number of damaging debuffs on you. If you parry, hold heavy, he gets a passive that places 10 bleeds on him. Do that and then throw sp1

keep in mind, a Tranquilize will impact the number of debuffs tossed at an opponent’s face, AND ALSO the accuracy Sinister applies bleeds to himself. drove me crazy trying to math that against a Mantis or Chee.

but yeah, Sinister collects debuffs like Pokémon cards (including causing them on himself), then “shares” with the opponent. if you missed that part, you are skipping the most impactful (and funnest) part of his kit.
