Rarely, and only when a) its an emergency and b) it is something they can actually act upon directly.

I think they just do major updates on Fridays, hope for the best, run for the hills and try to deal with the fallout on Monday.

Hopefully the mistaken ban wave equals 5000 battlechip compensation.
