Got banned for 7 days while never cheating

Been playing for about a year with no issues and woke up this morning to a 7day ban.

Don't use any 3rd party software. Is there any way to appeal to kabam ? Being off for 7 days means I'll get kicked from my alliance and loose 16k radiance( recently got to TB so radiance will be a great help )

I suck in BGS and only at platinum and I'm at 6.2.4 in story quest while at Throne Breaker I can't be a modifier.

If that was the case I'd be valiant or paragon already.

Is there any way I can appeal this ? Sent an email to Kabam support but they generally take a few days to respond

    They won't ban you for nothing, but you can write to those support. There were cases when the account was unblocked. Kabam won't answer here, only through support.

    Honestly seems like they did ban for nothing.

    Been playing the same way for nearly a year.

    Was doing alliance wars yesterday and it was going well. Woke up this morning with the ban. But it seems a few people got a ban last night.

    Already done the ticket. Just hope my alliance doesnt kick me

    From what I've understood of the ban wave, they clamped down on people playing on third-party devices. Are you just playing the game from the Google App Store/iPhone equivalent on your phone/tablet, or on PC via Kabam's own client? If the answer is "no" and you're playing the game through some other means, that's what got you banned. Even if you didn't do anything wrong when playing via a third-party software, it's still against the TOS and will get you banned.

    I've been there myself. I got banned back in 2020 for that very thing. You may have reasons that you think are perfectly reasonable (I had at the time), but like I said, it's ultimately still against the TOS.

    Same thing happened to me yesterday. Over played the same way for years. They said I was using a 3rd party but ive always download from Google play. Im no tech genius so I wouldn't even know how to do any of that. Im at a loss.

    I only play on my phone, normal Google download.

    I have my game account logged in on 2 devices though ? Sometimes I change phones so it makes it easier to be active.

    Would that maybe affect it ?

    This is what kabam support says in response to my ticket.

    It's always been via Google so not sure how can I get this resolved.
