Regarding the Ban Wave

My 8 years old account has got permanently banned! Yes i accept i have used third party app in the past when I was new to this game & i was punished for doing the stupidity, my account got temporarily banned at that time but since then i completely stopped doing this nonsense forever but today when i tried to login, i saw that I'm permanently banned? Why???? I swear to god & those i love i didn't do anything!! Not this time no!!! Now I'm mature enough to understand that what will happen if I do something like this but then why?!!! I had recently updated the game in my mobile & also i had recently downloaded PC version of the game from the official website to check how it works on PC. Is it because of that? But i downloaded it from offical website! Then why?!! I need help!

    I understand you think that because yes i used the third party app when i was a kid but did you read what i said carefully ? I did it in the past & they had punished me for that but not this time! This time I got banned when i didn't do anything! Are you so much immature to understand that ?

    That's the problem, you already admitted to using 3rd party app, nothing stopping you from doing it again.
    Prove me wrong and get your ban reversed. I'll be waiting

    It doesn't make any sense! They literally banned my account for no reason this time!! and to answer your question.. did i used any third party app in these 7 years?!!!! NO!

    It just proves what I was saying in a different post. Everybody who got swept up in this wave got a seven day ban but if it was not your first infraction you got a more severe punishment.

    Not sure I’ve seen a 7 or 30 day ban not turn into a permanent.

    Pretty sure it will happen this time.

    Do you punish someone multiple times and from time to time for a single mistake? Why they banned me this time ? For using a third app 8 years ago? I was banned for that at that time then why again? Why now after 8 years??

    I was a kid that time when i did that mistake but now i feel like i committed a crime or something, i was emotionally attached with this game. It hurts

    Yeah you must be immature, he did say that he used it then got ban and so never done it again and so he is basically being punished again for what he did that got him his first ban. I believe Kabam has an issue with retracking old bans and not following them up to give this person a second ban for the previous offensive unless of course you did cheat whereby this person has lied on God's name.

    The problem here is he mentioned it, because small minded people only see in a narrow view and that's what the stick too.

    The fact that people here aren’t seeing that something 100% went wrong with this last ban update is the reason why nobody likes using this forum.

    No, I don’t think that.

    I think they found this “new cool thing” that could potentially do a better job of detecting users that should be banned, didn’t test it properly, and then rolled it out on a Friday when their support team isn’t available on weekends.

    Same thing happened to my 9 year old account...they banned me for my past mistakes at that time itself..but now I got banned for no reason...I don't know what to do.i did nothing wrong for the past years.
