I have never ONCE touched a single 3rd party software in my entire mcoc career, this account is almost 8 yrs old, did they just do a ai review and ban without checking or something.

Cause i have never once violated any TOS let alone use a 3rd party software, **** when i switched phones i even decided to contact support and find out if i was unintentionally breaking any TOS.

AND THEY HAD TO DO IT ON A WEEKEND? WHY ?God knows how many complaints are goona get piled up by monday and how long its going to take them to respond and resolve this issue.

ps: this is a 7 day ban not a permanent one

i wanted to add that I'm a ftp , was gathering resources for months to do an ordeal run, had a few cats lined up to rank up the right champs was waiting to push my revive stash to the limit so i wont have to dip into my units, GREAT FUKIN JOB KABAM, by the time support would even respond to my request my items will have already expired, very well done.
you guys found 10,000 accounts and which is such a huge number that even a false positive of around 2% would be 200 players, and you still decided to just roll it out without thinking twice, bravo

Maybe in Kabam's eyes, FTP is a sin, you can't be an FTP

Ease off with the FTP garbage, has nothing to do with it.

It has to be a broken script that affects everyone. But how?

Probably only first 10,000 accounts alphabetically and possibly pc users.
