My XP is not increasing

Since the reintroduction of building XP I have had many battles and seemingly gained many XP points but the progress bar has not moved. Why is that? And can it be corrected to reflect my current progress?

Any meaningful progress needs to have the Sigil Subscription, where you can earn the new Refined XP (which is 1000x times as much as XP earned from normal questing).

Your bar will move very little after level 60 unless you are earning refined xp (worth 1000x regular xp, available to valiant). You still earn normal xp but the xp needed between levels is so large that the movement isn’t very visible.
