I can access my account after being banned for 4 days after another mess up by Kabam
Where is the apology and where is the reason how all this happened @kabam ?
    I want to know

First of all, greetings to the Kabam team. Thank you again for reversing the bans that were wrong after the bans you imposed. My problem is that my adventure progress is reset after you remove the wrong bans. I had progressed until the Hercules fight in Necropolis. I tried for many days, spent my resources and credits, but you reset my progress. You should compensate me for this somehow. I was going to complete both the Carina 10th yearly tagged champions quest and the Necropolis adventure for the first time. Best regards.

ALL players should receive this compensation. Alliances have also been harmed.

Adventure progress reset after removing wrong bans.

I was really thinking about quiting the game, 7.5m account, never cheated in my life, did everything in-game 100%, there is basically nothing there for me to cheat for, and I always download the game from play store, yet, I got banned for 7 days.
Not to mention I didn't know what triggered it, in order to remove this false positive, is it Custom rom? Is it root? Is it YouTube Vanced (YouTube with no ads and picture in picture), game mode? Using VPN all the time?
I'll have to wait and see what will happen, since I'm still banned till this very moment.

Unlocking your bootloader/custom rom would've triggered Google anti-cheat. So that is probably it as it then allows you to mod the game.
I’ve been using custom ROMs on my Android devices for at least 15 years. Throughout all this time, I’ve always played MCOC on devices with custom ROMs. I’ve never used mods or cheats, and I’ve always downloaded and updated the game exclusively through the Google Play Store for over a decade.

I find the logic behind this ban deeply unfair. Are users being penalized just because they might mod the game, simply because they use a custom ROM? What sense does that make?

I don’t use a custom ROM to cheat or alter games. If the goal is to protect the integrity of the app, then implement a detection system that actually checks the game itself and identifies users who are running a modified version.

Punishing all custom ROM users indiscriminately is like expelling a student from an exam just because they might cheat, without any evidence of wrongdoing. It’s a logic based on suspicion, not on facts. And that’s neither fair nor effective.
I am a lineage os user. I do not use google services. I install the game via apkmirror as armeabi v7a with fps focus. You cannot explain this to the people here, the only thing they can say to you is that you acted against the TOS rules. Don't be stupid like me by expecting people who have played such a game for years to have software knowledge. I tried to explain it but they are neither in a position to understand nor have the capacity to do research :)
The answer to that has already been given to you by those with far more "software knowledge". It's not that you're cheating, but that your client is untrustworthy. Whether or not you use it to cheat is irrelevant.

10 min ago my friend install this game via APK from apkmirror, he logged in and play normally. Now explain it. IQOO series phone, no Google app pre installed that's why he downloads APK file. If he is absolutely fine than why me. I don't even side loaded this game 😑 this is not fair at all.
Moreover, will Kabam now decide who uses what type of phone? Some phones are rooted, some phone bootloader unlocked, some phone jailbreaked, some phone don't have pre installed Google services. Kabam should secure their game. Implement in-game update system as previously U did. It directly updated from UR servers.

Good afternoon, why did you give me a 7-day ban? I've been playing the game for over 7 years and have never used any cheats or mods or anything else, I play from an iPhone and Android, PC, everything is downloaded from official sites, I've been eating for 3 days thinking you'll figure it out, but no, I had to write to you myself! Please figure this out!!!!

If this ban is only using side loaded APK's. Than I'm not guilty. I never downloaded this kind of APK. Always downloaded from play store. Kabam has no solid explanation for it.

They should clearly post a msg that what should we do next. They clearly not given anything. Downloading their APK from other sources is identified as 3rd party they never said that before. so some things need to clarify 1st.

So, the only “irregularity” on my side is that I run a custom ROM to keep my older phone secure and up to date. As far as I know, the 7-day ban was triggered because the device fails Play Integrity. That feels excessive, as there’s no evidence that I actually tampered with the game or gained any unfair advantage.
Many other apps, including banking apps and even the official ChatGPT client, handle this situation much more fairly: if the integrity check fails, the app simply refuses to launch and shows a clear message saying the device isn’t supported. I’m then free to choose whether to use it on another, certified device. Nothing is transmitted to the server, no strike is added to the account, and no progress is lost.
I’d really appreciate it if Kabam adopted the same approach. Blocking the app from launching already protects the game economy, while avoiding the stigma and frustration of banning players who haven’t done anything wrong.

Kabam do not care about it

I appreciate the situation being rectified, so thank you for getting use of my account back. I'm not sure if compensation has been determined, however it should be rather substantial. My ally understandably had to let me go to not lose wars, but I'm going to miss on season rewards as a result and raid week this week. Again, thank you for correcting this.

Also when you ban people you should tell them exactly what they did so if in the case of a not permanent ban they know what not to do again instead of acting like it's a big secret.
The people caught up,in this ban wave , since it was so many should've been warned first if they weren't accused of straight cheating. Like nobody even knows what exactly is a 3rd party app. There is the obvious ones I guess but what about the less obvious ones. Kids even play this game and you are treating people like criminals. It's completely asinine!
Not to mention that we most normal people don't develop software or whatever and have no idea of what any of this even means. I am 47 years old and I dont know what APK is or sideloading is, and if I don't then I'm sure alot of people don't. I do know what a VPN is and I know that it is something alot of people use and is not illegal, but I am now confused about if that is a 3rd party app or something that could get you in trouble with mcoc? Which wouldn't make sense to me. These are the things that kabam should be explaining instead of sitting on a Livestream doing a new account challenge like they are you tubers and not at work.

You could ask Google what an apk is
