Wrong Ban

Another one who was unfair banned, only playing on the PC launcher and for my phone installed from Google Play, never used mods or cheat programs, anyone know something about?

    I just play on my S23 and installed from the Play store and got a 7 day ban. I don't take it lightly, wrongly accusing myself and others. This messes up login calendar, items expiring, alliance events, rewards, etc. It's not right.

    Cheating is also not right, if you got the ban there was a reason. Deserved.

    It's not about addiction! Be it 1 day, 7 days or 30 days, or a permanent ban, being wrongly accused of something you didn't do without any proper explanation is what bothers players like me!

    Problem is this ban will count as an infraction. So if they get two more, it might become a permanent ban. Also, a lot of these people are not running an invalid version of the game currently as far as they know. So will this software just ban them again when it runs again someday?
