My Mistakes and My Journey and My Emotions and My Ban

Hi ,sorry about my English... I've started playing mcoc for a long time since December 2014.That was during my college studies where we found this game randomly in playstore and lot of my friends started playing also.I remember my first time grinded the arena and got my first 3 star rhino .It's very fun to play along with friends at that time.Days passed new friends started playing and my old friends stopped playing...but I didn't stop.After 1 or 2 years I lost my account to my alliance mate (I even gave my email id also) because I was not available for sometime so I told him to manage few days but he changed my emails passwords and everything I lost my account...I was so devastated and heartbroken... I'm unable to recover my account so I created new account and started playing...after few years I jus randomly looking my gallery I saw a photo that had the kabam ids and password...I was so excited and happy to see that I immediately logged in and everything In my old account was there....I can't believe that moment happend....even that is the time when my girl brokeup with me I was already in pain...but when I got my old account back I was like I'm in heaven ..it really helped me to go through my pain and ups downs everything.

After few months my phone broken I was so invested in playing and I don't have any other sources to play..I was so determined to play moco.i installed BlueStacks emulator to use my mobile apps like Facebook,emails and everything and I installed mcoc also...I didn't even used mod or cheats in it .it just a emulator I didn't know that is illegal so I got banned for that 30 days .that's how I get to know that I already banned before that was during the time I lost my account.
After the studies I got a job and I'm actually a software developer and got to know Abt the 3rd party software so after that ban I'm so aware that if I do any slight mistake that would make me ban permanently.from that moment I never ever used any emulators or nothing that will change the game working flow .For more than 4 years there were no incident and nothing happened to me till now.
I'm not even completed any Everest content like necropolis or I'm not even explored the labyrinth of legends...I'm not a hardcore gamer and I'm a free to player only..but I've been loyal to mcoc playing for almost 9 years .I did my mistakes in past and I paid for that but even playing genuinely after those incidents I got banned Yesterday...
This is my permanent ban for me. I'm really sad and feel worried I feel like part of me left that even during my hard times .mcoc helped me alot and forget my sad times.I hope I really need my account back . Atleast jus check my game account history and activities for the past years.. I didn't use any 3rd party or mods or nothing.
Mcoc is an emotional connect to me.I don't wanna go like this .I don't wanna get banned unfair .I'm not blaming anyone..I just want my account back.

I'm from India. i am using Android and downloaded the game from Google playstore only and using iQOO mobile from vivo.

Like many people claiming that having game booster gets you banned...I have inbuilt game booster in my mobile that comes default.i don't even know that what caused the ban.

Recently installed pc version also from official site and it worked jus fine for me.

I'm from Poland, and downloaded game from google play store. No boosters, no 3rd party and i also got banned for no reason after playing the game pretty much from the very beginning

This is a case where Kabam seems to have prosecuted people for "Double Jeopardy." Their new software seems to have picked up that people did something wrong in the past all over again, even if they were punished for it at the time. Now that's counting as a second strike on their record when it was already accounted for once before, the punishment was given and it expired. This seems like an oversight in how they executed the software. I can't believe this is what they intended to happen.

I Think people got punished and banned for the things that they did in the past. Even though they did nothing wrong in recent times and we need kabam to look into it and atleast help those who (genuine players) need their account back. if it's a new account I don't mind..but for long term players more than 8/9 years it's like a hell for them.
