MODDERS ARE STILL OUT THERE SO WHOM DOES KABAM IS BANNING?

in current battleground where most of the times i have been defeated by the players without strong champs..they are killing my 6 star r5 defenders like enchantress, serpent, bulls eye, dust within less than 30 seconds.but still they are active as of now.i added them as friends and did friendly matches with them.if the ban is really correct than why those are still out there who are killing such great defenders with full health.
One of my friend who is clean and not using mods is banned for 7 days.
All he does is installed pc version where he was getting error of anti cheat not installed and he tried googling the fix to play the game.
He is having xiaomi phone and before getting banned he turned on game turbo for mcoc as it was lagging in performance without that.
I dont know why its so tough for kabam to simply dont let the user login if they have downloaded the app from other platforms rather than banning them.
If people is cheating example doing impossible kills in battleground, doing necro without even understanding how it works should be banned.but honestly,those are still playing the game making fun of others and whole mcoc.

My friend is not complaining about his 7 days ban and he told me that its a good move..he will be active after 7 days but modders will think twice.
I am feeing bad because i saw him playing and he is skilful player.
Lets see how much this move will stop cheats in game.
But i still believe instead of banning everyone using alternative download.they should not let them login and they should release link and support to countries where mcoc cannot be downloaded directly
And i am not here to prove anything.
BUT I already give you way more credit that many posters as you knew to take off the opponents name per ToS, even if it is blatant cheating.
I have not seen a single modder screnshot since ban wave.
I can too post screenshot from 2 years ago, and you wouldn't know.
You can criticise or give suggestions all you want.
But you can't hide that under 'modders are not banned' statement.

Prove it what you said. Show the modders.
This game is complicated, first you have to deal with the horrible AI that kabam will never fix, then there are endless bugs that can end your fight, plus a bunch of cuckolded cheaters. Playing this game is becoming a mission impossible
