Reason For Suspension

Hi everyone. I know I'm like the 50th forum member with a deadpool profile picture making a post about the recent ban wave but I'm really just confused. I was doing the valiant gauntlet and got suspended the very next day for using 3rd party software even though I never have.

From my understanding you can get your account banned if you share your account, use a modded version of the game, use a version of the game that is not one of Kabam's Official Partners.

Here's the thing though, I installed the game from Play Store and I verified this by using app manager too see the installer package and it is installed and updated from Play store. I know that use of VPN does not lead to Suspension but even if it did, i never used a VPN. I've never used an emulator either. I installed the PC version from their official site. Kabam isn't responding to my ticket and I can't think of a single reason why my account got suspended. For reference, I have a OnePlus device and it's the global model

    Kabam will not respond you because at the moment kabam don't even know how to deal with lots of tickets and ban with useless new system.

    Isn't that unfair though? I should at least know the reason of my suspension but there is zero communication from Kabam's side. They rolled out this ban wave right before Saturday and now I have to wait until Monday for an actual reply.
