Why Are Players Being Banned Without Prior Warning for Using Non-Partnered App Stores?

I am writing on behalf of myself and many fellow players who are deeply frustrated and confused about recent account bans.
Specifically, some of us have had our accounts banned for allegedly downloading the game from app stores that are not officially “partnered” with Kabam. However, there was no prior warning, in-game notice, or clear guideline indicating that using certain app stores could result in a permanent ban.
Here are the key concerns we hope you can address:
1. Where is the list of your officially partnered app stores?
Players have no way of verifying which platforms are officially recognized by Kabam. Without this information, how can we know we are in compliance?
2. Why is there no warning before taking such a drastic action?
Most players are not attempting to cheat or violate any rules. We simply want to enjoy the game and often use whatever platform is most convenient. A warning would give players a chance to correct the issue.
3. How can players safely reinstall or update the game in the future?
If using the “wrong” app store results in a ban, we need guidance on how to safely manage updates or reinstallation.
Many of us have invested significant time, energy, and money into this game. It is extremely discouraging to lose access to our accounts without any notice or opportunity to appeal.
We kindly ask you to:
• Publish a clear list of approved/partnered app stores.
• Implement a warning system before banning accounts.
• Offer a support channel for wrongly banned players to recover their accounts.
