Got a generic awakening gem, whom to awaken guys? Attaching my 6 star roster also.

Kate Bishop (with as many sigs as possible) or Archangel.
I don't have that many sig stones at the moment. Invested all for Red Guardian. I prefer max advantage from jus Awakened.

Archangel is definitely the way to go. Significantly improves just at sig 1.

As you already ranked up some champions better awaken them like Kate. If not go for Stark spidey and rank him up. I r5ed my 6 star and having a cake walk with R3 defenders in BG.
Medusa and hyperion are also good options they dont any sig levels only awakening is enough for them
