What about those players who are MIS-Banned?
So say that we accept the truth that many of the account banned really did use third party software, but what about those players who literally downloaded the game from google play or apple app store? For example, me myself downloaded this game for 4 years straight from app store on an Iphone, not ever cheated and BS, but this time all my 3 accounts are banned by Kabam for using third party softwares, like what? Kabam you are just not going to care about those accounts that are wrongly banned? I am sure that there really are many players who got the same situation as me. Me myself used an android phone before, and did the wrong action of downloading the game from a third party software, but that was 4 years ago before I started using iPhone, and I was already banned for it for 7 days at that time. So I learned my mistake. But now without doing anything wrong my accounts are banned, and Kabam does not even care. How does that improve the game quality and the overall of the environment? I got a 30 day ban, a permanent ban, and a 7 day ban, this just does not make sense to me, I spend my time and money on this game and after years, just to get betrayed by the game company itself and get banned?!
