I am not able to choose my defenders in battlegrounds

When Its my turn to choose defender in battlegrounds my screen suddenly freezes,the issue is that I will lose my 30-40k radiance if I don't reach gladiator circuit and 200 points in it,when I submit a request they said they will confirm it,I am providing images what's the need to confirm it,been playing this game for 5 years and this is what I get in return,when it comes to compensation you won't provide the suitable one, cause 30k radiance is a lot,so kindly solve this issue soon before I lose my solo objectives
