I could really use somebody’s advice…..

I don’t want to end up with a ban or anything due to charge backs but I randomly got a notification from my bank and a recipt from apple saying I bought the daily paragon deal ……. Problem is I never did and normally I wouldn’t think anything of it but I didn’t even receive the items I would of got if I bought it any help would be great I don’t want to loose my account over something like this

You won't get banned for that, but you will get negative units (contest credits) for it valuing the amount that the charge was in. You would be unable to use any units or make any other purchases until that payment was made.

I would suggest submitting a ticket to support explaining the situation and see if they can help. If you never got the items, it shouldn't be an issue. They will be able to take a deeper look.
