Kabam! please please!

Dear kabam,
Please add a in game flag or warning symbol on the accounts that have been caught using cheats, mods, AI and were banned.
It would be extremely helpful to the community that doesn’t partake in any form of cheating so that we can steer clear of these folks and not be affected when they cheat again! My alliance was fortunate enough due to keeping a close eye on people that we weren’t affected BUT with people potentially using AI or hard to detect cheating it will make it hard to spot cheaters.
Highly competitive alliances don’t want any risks and we would greatly appreciate it if yall would add some kind of warning symbol to the account so that’ll help we can see it in game or just give them permanent bans.
Please do this
Thank you

If they were caught and banned why would we need to steer clear of them? They're uhhh... banned.

A lot of the bans aren’t permanent, they’re temporary and they come back to the game. So some accounts have a history of suspect behavior/cheating. Don’t want to have the potential that they do it again later once new cheats come out and then they screw over their alliance too

I think he is talking about those with a 7 day ban.

That's because a lot are not permanently banned. They get banned for 1 week or max a month. Then they come back. And a lot of the folks continue to cheat. Not everyone does, but there are many who do. And this affects the alliances they join if they get docked in war.
The alliance won't know that these accounts were banned before, and if the player repeats the same thing, not only do they potentially get banned but the alliance is also punished.

I fully support that there should be a visible tag if someone is caught cheating and is not perma banned.

Not in the way OP was asking, which would be for a permanent flag of sorts that could be checked down the road even.

But WHILE someone is banned, to be able to see in your own alliance (maybe limited to Leader's only ability to see, and maybe Officers if it is Leader themself that was banned) whether someone is currently banned.

Instead of waiting for day or 2, or 3, etc, before maybe finally realizing that not having logged in for that long of time might indicate banned.

I was checking mine 1st day, and were maybe 4 potential people not logged in since forum posts started.
Later that night was down to just 1 person.
But they did login later on, so don’t think any of ours was banned.

But it's the “not knowing” and re-checking the last login times.

They would never do this. If they did, half the top alliances would be filled with brandings.

Imagine a banner like Veteran or Legend. In black with white letters that says BANNED

To be honest, the tag would have a bigger impact in stamping out cheating than banning 10k accounts in one go.

No, I'm for them being permanently tagged.
If they chested once, chances are they will likely do it again so alliances knowing who has been banned would be a huge help to alliances when recruiting.

The fact we don't know who has been banned, and the fact players can change their name as many times as they like makes it hard as hell to keep track of them.

I agree if they’ve cheated in the past. The community has a right to know. They should either create something to identify these cheaters to alliances or stop punishing alliances since we have no idea that someone has been caught cheating previously without them disclosing it first.

Give them a special banner for their profile picture

The last thing we need is a witch hunt and public shamings.

This is literally the opposite of what you describe. The definition of witch hunt is wrongly labeling someone for something they are not.
