Who is buffed red skull counter?

No nodes, want to know the counters for Red Skull.
Im using Venompool but he is getting direct damage on hitting Skull block

You're not meant to hit his block
But champs who remove Armor via Armor Break/Shatter and Buff Immunity are usually pretty good
Aside from his defensive mechanics.. you also need a way to cut through and damage him, by either removing his Armor, using guaranteed crits or using DOT that doesn't rely on landing crits to apply
Generally speaking for gameplay.. you'll want to learn to punish his sp1 with a heavy
I know it's not popular, but I like to wreck him with Diablo.. most people use Cosmics

Vpool is a good counter, minus the block hitting. Medusa, too. Personally, despite being locked as 6*, well, until tomorrow, Galan is my Red Skull go-to counter. Where applicable

Adam Warlock can work if you trigger his unblockable with a special and go from there. Keep Skull at SP1 and it becomes a regular Adam Warlock fight

Max sig Angela makes him easy. Armor breaks to keep his armors down and do damage and she counters the autoblock if she has 3 buffs. Doesn’t get much better than that.

There's mere niche counters too, these are all generic that work in most metas.

He isn't a difficult defender. He has gained notoriety because he is a stall defender in BGs without the right counters.

Any non-mutant champ that controls his armour ups from neutralize, armour break, armour shatter and pulverize is a great counter. Alternatively, if you can reliably go unblockable then that works too.

If you dont have the above then focus on intercepts and carefully watch the auto block timer after his special 1.

Power burn immune champs dont work and he is immune to nullify, stagger and fate seal. This makes the list of counters much smaller otherwisr he wouldnt have been a good defender in the first place.

DThanos also makes him joke,
Medusa same,
Shuri can parry him easily so no problem.

jk the last i remember Buffed Phoenix is THE definitive counter for him, she deals with his armour, and by consequence his stun immunity, and his autoblock.

Medusa crushes him, I've had like 25 second fights with Medusa in BGs because after you throw your sp1, it is game over for him.

I have almost all champs except Deathless. But my point is anyway to get 0 damage upon hitting his block.
Venompool is very good as he regen doing om nom his armour. But I cannot hit block and there are times when I might have to.
That's why I ask any go to counter.

Unfortunately no. Only one I can think of is Namor. Or maybe some sort of ability accuracy reduction

If you remove all his armors you can safely hit his block. Medusa scream dthanos knull these champs can do it.

Mordo probably is the fastest as he can parry him just fine. Just parry hold heavy then sp2

He is quite fast yeah you just have to remove the four armors hit on his block once and you're usually at an sp2 instantly, then get grit and always push him to sp2s.

Cause very few people have the 7* and the 6* fell off, he was way too slow for Red Skull, we'll see after Titan rotation tho.

Knull does well for me. Vox also cleans him pretty well if you race to an sp1.
