Having a hard time.

Hi. I've been playing mcoc since the start. I'm pretty comfortable with most of the matcups, but there are some i find pretty difficult to handle. One of them being;
Arcade(especially this meta)
And the other one is Gentle ( due to not playing against him enough.) since, Gentle is the new mini boss on the raids map, i need to get better fighting against him. I would be glad if you guys can recommend me some counters for both in general. ( apart from hulkling for arcade) i have no problem with hulkling vs arcade, but he is not always an option in BG's. Thanks

    Arcade really doesn't require and specific counter. Having a poison immune is a nice safety, but not necessary if you play him right.
    Do your best to push him to special 2 only and use heavies when he has autoblock counters. And as you push him to SP2, don't let him finish a heavy. Interrupt it, ideally with your own heavy counter.

    Gentle isn't awful. Really the only thing to watch out for is his passive unstoppable that will trigger any time one of you hits a multiple of 15 on your combo. SP1 and SP2 are both easy to dex.

    Gorr is a good Arcade counter.

    I think I better strat this meta is get a nuke and do the trick with the sp1 where you back all the way up when he places the poison cloud, then dash in to dex the final laser blast. The cloud is behind you and you can hit into him freely where you ideally nuke him down cause you can get a good 2-3 of this trick before you back him into the wall and the cloud actually has an impact
