Optimal Sig for dazzler?

Wondering whether to Sig dazzler or sinister first

    Or in my case, Dazzler or Colossus. I've been focusing on the latter but I just duped the former.

    To me, Dazzler's sig is dramatically more important than Sinister's. Sure, his helps you in long quests where you can bank charges, but Dazzler's is a literal game changer when fighting damage reflection champs.

    Sig 120+ is where she becomes a consistent bullseye counter in my opinion
    She just doesn't work for him in powergain metas such as this one but 120 and she'll turn into a solid option for bullseye
    Obviously the more sigs the better but 120 at least so you do not struggle.
