I’m using regular Phoenix in nightmare raids against Gentle on left side. I’m using the DOT raid boost but it doesn’t seem to be scaling. Would like to hear if anyone is encountering the same issue. Her incinerates are doing around almost 3k still as a r2.

DoT boost increases the duration of debuffs, not potency. It also causes your hits to do a burst of damage as well. If you wanted stronger incinerates, you needed to do siphon slider
