Question regarding ban wave

Those who got banned for downloading the app from unauthorized sources (sharing apks to save data etc or some other store), who were banned for 7 days.
If from now they start using the app from official sources(app store or playstore), will they get banned in the next ban wave in the future or not?
Please clarify to ease players' tension. For those with fairly new accounts can restart the progress and those with old accounts can rest easy.

    The suspensions was to serve as a warning to stop or incur more severe consequences. If they stop, then no more consequences.
