Kabam, What the hell is this?!

Are kabam taking the Mickey out of me or is my maths not 'mathin'? I finally got out of thronebreaker using a bunch of resources that I saved up only to be greeted by this offer. I've seen the same for like 300 units in 7.3... what the hells going on.

It is expected. They have been doing initial clear offers since at least act 6. It's always been semi horrible offers for the most part.

I was questioning why this offer is like a minimum 10 times the cost for the same offers I've received so far, for the exact same contents throughout act 7? The offers have been either meh, okay or nice but this on the other hand is complete robbery. The whole point of my post is to question their algorithm and make sense of this as it's a fairly big milestone to get past thronebreaker but never expected the worst offer I've ever seen by the times 10. So I was just questioning whether the previous guy was backing kabam in terms of it's okay/normal or was just outright correcting him.

Thanks for clearing that up, I was just confused as I bought this exact bundle (like for like) in 7.3 and it only cost between 300 and 600 units. But the exact same bundle is being offered at a 10-fold increase in price for clearing the whole act rather than just a chapter. I'm really bamboozled to say the least, it's to the point I feel like it could be a glitch. But from what you're saying it's commonplace then. Thanks, have a splendid day dude.

These offers are expected. Kabam doesn't adjust these act offers. Once upon a time, this offer was the most significant access to T6B and T3A, hence its cost. Was it worth it then? Absolutely not, though not as egregious then, but it was one of very few ways to take a 6* champ to R4 at the time, which was the highest rank available.
You'll see offers in Act 8 that won't make a ton of sense either (though not as bad), because these offers were built at the time that they were relevant to the game.

These offers are not new either like OP is making ot look like. They have been there since that story was lauched 3 years ago. This particualr offer was essential for the paragon title fiasco we had. Every story got some offers. Its nothing to lose your sleep on. This is what new players dont know. All those old story offers lose value with time.
