【WoF】Why are #Tagged Champions not showing on the Champion Selector?

Why are not every #Tagged champion not showing on the character selection when you are scouting the map? For example, Dazzler isn't showing on the champion selector before Bullseye fight despite her being one of the options. I don't have Dazzler yet but she should at least be greyed so I can have an idea which champion should I wait for.
P.S. I know that we can just check the tags or some planner but it's efficient to visualize the plan in your head while checking the map itself.

I don't expect kabam to release things working correctly either way.
I expect a helping hand from the community tho.
Interesting about having game show you “potential” other champs, that you don’t yet have, as GRAYED OUT.
Would love to see that elsewhere too. (expect for cases where “everyone” is an option like Generic SigStones, etc. Just custom “limited pool” or Rank specific cases of those items).
Just used my Romance Rankup Gem, and knew a couple others that I might not already have, but I don't think it was in complete sync with the Romance Crystal which people shared an earlier screenshot of for reference. But still, means going back to saved pics or other things).
Just show (as in this example, Romance Rankup Gem). Champs in COLOR for those you own, GRAYED out for ones you don’t own yet or are not yet at the Rank that is available yet. Maybe others with a CROSS thru them and at end of list, for those already at that rank or higher (or already at Max Sigs for SigStone cases).
