Anyone else have their game stuck on the losing screen

Forgive my ignorance but how does Google affect iPhone users?

@JESUSCHRIST I think it’s because those games aren’t based on a google server whereas kabam is. And google is the server that’s down

@ShaggyM i may be wrong but I think that google cloud is what kabam has its game servers on, so even if we as iPhone users don’t use google, the game owners have to go through it with data so without it we can’t recieve data from the servers

This is correct, it's not about what platform you personally are playing on, it's a problem with google cloud which is where our server side stuff is hosted. So everyone, android, iOS, pc can all open the game...it just gets stuck trying to connect tot he server

Per recent update from Google, they fixed all locations part from uscentral-1. Does that mean that all none of US based players should be able to access the game now?

I imagine its not so simple, with the amount of traffic they deal with these are massive servers, guessing troubleshooting issues is not a quick/easy thing to do

Why not call Google and walk them through the fix then? Since you seem to know every detail of the issue, and you know it's that easy, I'm sure they'd be happy to hear from you.

I've tried but they use digital voice now, and that also uses Google Cloud, so been on hold for awhile now.
