Kabam customer service is not very smart
They keep telling me I opened the crystals during the wrong time frame to get a 7* but what they don't get is I bought two deals and should've got a 7* and didn't regardless of when I opened them. I have never seen someone so obtuse. @KabamPinwheel

I bought both Valiant deals and one thronebreaker deal in the web store as well as buying all the valiant and TB crystals with of units resulting in opening over 34 TB crystals and 30 Valiant crystals I only got one 7* relic and support is telling me it was fixed. What game mode people really like to play when each mode has a different currency and rewards? Ik they're making a push to make radiance in every game mode but realistically it should be the only currency. That way they can really know what people like to play. AW Solo Milestones
With the new format it's impossible to reach all the milestones. You can only get a little over 1k points per war now. 12 wars for season plus 6 off season will only get about 20k out of the 45k in milestones. Not much of a big deal but I do like the AW pots and loyalty.

Primordial dust in rewards
This SQ has primordial dust as the exploration reward as opposed to the Titan shards last month. I think primordial dust for deep roster Valiants is worse than 6* shards. . At least 6* shards can eventually be 7* shards. Dust is more a waste of gold now for me.

Free Sinister
I don't know if Kabam received enough credit for giving out free Mr Sinisters to everyone. They must've acknowledged how difficult Bullseye is as a defender and gave everyone a free hard counter. Very cool and in touch.

Daily super event for valiant players
I think the loss of the daily crystal for a valiant players is being overlooked. This is just one pic of three days and although I'll admit it was a lucky pull it's definitely not an anomaly. Mixing AQ maps
The points difference has been fixed for map7. I'm assuming the points reduction came early for map7 and that was the problem but now the second two BGs aren't getting bonus points for mods. Only the map7 BG received the points. You can see the mod is listed but no points. Can we mix maps or not?

Just an early pic but it happened last week also. Both BGs cleared the mini and have similar exploration and same number of fights won. Why is map7 less points?

Vision or Jessica?
I got the rare 6* champ selector and narrowed it down to OG Vision or Jessica as I have the other three already. I don't really know much about Jessica other than she can be annoying to fight.

Several times now after a special 3 the auto fight button was activated without me touching it.

Can't join War
I've been trying to place and when I hit begin it just spins the wheel and nothing happens. I've tried everything, disabling war, changing all my champs, restarting the game 100 times and nothing. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what.

AW champs locked for an extra day
Even after you clear your defensive champs are not unlocked. So they sit there more than an extra day from the old system. So far there has only been grief from this new AW system. Safeguard in Battlegrounds
This node made the fights so long. Ik you have to bring more DOT champs but you don't always draw the right ones and some defenders have several immunities. I'm sure it was somewhat intended but it's a bit of a chore now.

Energy limiting gameplay

iPhone 13
I got the 13 pro max and the controls are so sensitive. I keep hitting medium hits instead of light. It's to the point where I can't use light attacks because I use mediums by mistake and I get countered from not realizing it. I can't even hit into block more than once. It's really bad.
