Item missing from milestones

I got to 4 milestones, but the quest only let me in thrice. Please fix

You must have done a quest on a different difficulty once.

(or entered it once, thinking you were just previewing it, and exited back out, as someone else just mentioned).

Or were you in a quest once when game crashed (ie, when Platform provider services servers went down for lots of companies yesterday.) and were you kicked out of it once game came back online ?

Send a Support Ticket, they can maybe see if that was the case, or if you messed up somewhere.

Thanks. No, I did not preview anything else and was not kicked out. I think I finished the quest first time before the event rewards showed up
