4* Champion in 5* Crystal issue [Fixed]

One time when i was opening my 5* crystal, this glitch occured to me and i got a 4* champion instead of getting a fresh 5* one. Please Kabam, if you are looking at this, please fix this bug and also i need back my 5* crystal, i worked so hard on it! My user is Yadiruless. bkqwg7nmo275.jpeg

    That issue was brought up a while ago and fixed since then. The mods here can’t do anything about that anyways. Open up a support ticket with Customer service and they can look into it.

    can you screen shot the actual 4 star champ mate, once you opened it? Coz that just looks like the visual bug when the crystal was spinning. No-one actually said they pulled a 4 star from the 5 star crystal

    No, there was video proof of someon pulling it

    But this shot, you can see the crystal is still spinning, not stopped on the 4 star at all. I smell a compo claim that isnt justified

    Scratch that, my bad. Was thinking of the wrong video. Kabam confirmed it was just a visual glitch

    Hey there @Yadiruless. This issue was indeed confirmed to be a visual issue only, and there was not a possibility to get an actual 4* from the Crystal. That being said, if you're ever concerned about an issue with a crystal, please submit a ticket to Customer Support. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
