    Bulleye is better than most titan champs, if you want any titan champion desperately then go for nexus, I'm going for nexus over new enchantress because I need alot of titan champs over her.

    Bull is an annoying defender, so if you care only about bgs, go for him, I guess. But they're is no reason to use him anywhere else. With nexus even if you don't want any of the current champs, you can hoard it until they change it.

    Guaranteed vs RNG. He's defense fodder anyways so I'd go for rng.

    bullseye is literally good for attack lol, he has good utility and very decent damage, can do photon and some more defenders in bgs sub 60s
