    Because she's in the crystal...
    Lower rarities have a different release cadence than 7*. She's in all the other basics, as are multiple other champs that are currently in the titan crystal.

    The point is that she is a skill champion in a crystal that guarantees a tech or cosmic champion.

    I know that the “removed” comment is an automatic system one from a semi-banned forum'ner.
    But I imagine it was probably a good sarcastic “jab” at earlier answer (I guess, forgetting that Okoye is SKILL class).

    So let's fill in the blanks of what could have been that removed comment.

    “So, confirmed, she has a hidden Dual Class structure, like Karnak. So she will appear in both Cosmic as well as Skill class-based crystals.”
